Pediatric Hodgkin's lymphoma presenting with nephrotic syndrome: a case report

Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) is a common type of in children and adolescents, it typically presents with lymphadenopathy, fever, weight loss. Nephrotic syndrome rare but reported complication HL, associated poor prognosis. We report case 12-year-old boy who presented nephrotic as the initial manifestation HL. The diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy lymph node, which showed characteristic Reed-Sternberg cells. patient treated chemotherapy he achieved complete remission both HL syndrome. This aims to raise awareness potential association between pediatric patients, can aid early detection prompt management.
